From the moment you receive your car, you have 30 days to evaluate its performance, condition, and overall fit for your needs. If, for any reason, you decide the vehicle isn’t right for you, you can return or exchange it within this period. However, to initiate a return or exchange, you must notify us before the end of the 30th day. This ensures that our process is transparent, fair, and designed to prioritize your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes the first choice isn’t always the perfect one, which is why our return policy allows up to two exchanges within the 30-day period. This means that you can try out up to three different vehicles in total. However, please note that the third vehicle obtained will not be covered by our 30-day return policy and cannot be returned or exchanged once you accept it. We want you to be absolutely certain that the vehicle you drive away in is the one you’ll love for years to come, and our exchange policy provides the flexibility to make that decision with confidence.

During the 30-day return period, you can drive the vehicle up to 400 miles to truly experience its performance. We believe this mileage limit is sufficient for you to get a real sense of how the car fits into your life. If you exceed 400 miles, there will be a charge of $1.00 per additional mile driven. This helps us maintain the quality of our vehicles for future customers. Additionally, to be eligible for return or exchange, the vehicle must not have been involved in an accident, damaged, modified from its original sold condition, or subjected to any lien or encumbrance unrelated to your purchase. These conditions ensure that both parties are protected during the return process. If you decide to return your vehicle within the 30-day period, any refundable fees, such as those related to registration or taxes, will be reimbursed. However, please note that the refund process can take 10-15 business days to complete. We strive to make this as swift and seamless as possible, but the processing time is necessary to ensure all legal and financial obligations are met. During the return appointment, our team will guide you through the necessary paperwork and procedures to ensure everything is handled correctly. Your Agent will be your point of contact throughout the process, ensuring that your experience remains smooth and stress-free.
